Technical Architecture

Built on the same RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline as our AI Counsellor. Documents are chunked, embedded, and indexed for semantic search. All retrieval happens server-side against your document store — no content is sent to public models. Responses always cite the source document and page.
